
PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND SUBSTANCES
The Republic of Todia enforces regulations concerning the control and prohibition of certain substances and products in order to safeguard public health and social order.
The production, sale, possession, and consumption of narcotic substances, including both soft and hard drugs, are strictly prohibited. Any individual found engaging in such activities may be subject to an administrative fine of 4000 TFR and may face additional legal consequences.
The sale of tobacco and nicotine-based products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and electronic smoking devices, as well as the sale of alcoholic beverages, is strictly prohibited within the Republic.
The consumption of tobacco and alcohol is not prohibited; however, any form of commercial distribution or sale is subject to an administrative fine of 1600 TFR.
These regulations are enforced in accordance with national laws and reflect the Republic’s commitment to public health, safety, and responsible governance.
