Necessary conditions to establish a political party in the Republic of Todia:

The party recognizes and will respect the constitution and laws of the Republic of Todia.
The party will operate with peaceful and inclusive measures.
The informations that have been used to fill this form are nothing but the truth.
The applicant and party leader is a Todian citizen.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the ban of the politcal party or not accepted.
