In order to establish relations with the Republic of Todia, a country needs to comply with the requested requirements. Failing to comply with one (or more) of the requiriments, will result in a rejection to establish diplomatic relations. If a country failed once, it can try to establish ties after some time (if it's not inserted in the not-friendly country list).

In order to establish diplomatic relations with the Republic of Todia, a country must fit with the following requitements:

• The nation must have been founded at least six months ago.

• Must not be involved in any micronational conflict.

• The nation must have a permanent population.

• The nation must have a stable government which can fulfill all the necessities of the country.

• Being in a stable condition.

• The nation must have a governmental email.

Please note that from February 1st 2024, in response on Israel's attacks and Genocide on the Palestinian population, Todia doesn't recognizes or establishes diplomatic relations with nations or organizations which support Israel's attacks and occupation on Palestine.
