EL PRESIDENT | THE PRESIDENT
El President és el cap d'estat de la República de Todia. El President té el poder de promulgar actes i mesures administratives i legals anomenades Decrets Presidencials.
Els decrets presidencials no poden ordenar canvis constitucionals, llevat que siguin aprovats per l'Assemblea General i el Consell de la Presidència.
El president és elegit cada deu anys pels ciutadans de l'estat, el nomenament a l'oficina presidencial ha de ser aprovat pel Consell Presidencial.
The President is the head of state of the Republic of Todia. The President has the power to enact acts and administrative and legal measures called Presidential Decrees.
Presidential Decrees cannot order constitutional changes, unless approved by the General Assembly and the Presidential Council.
The President is elected every ten years by the citizens of the state, the appointment to the presidential office must be approved by the Presidential Council.
