The President is the head of state of the Republic of Todia. The President has the power to enact acts and administrative and legal measures called Presidential Decrees. Presidential Decrees cannot order constitutional changes, unless approved by the General Assembly and the Presidential Council. The President is elected every ten years by the citizens of the country, the appointment to the Presidential office must be approved by the Presidential Council.
